Trainee Electrical Installation Skills Coach/NVQ Assessor

This is a trainee electrical installation training/assessing post for a qualified and experienced electrician. No previous training or assessing experience is required for this post and full training and support is provided. The role involves training and assessing apprentice learners at various sites across the Greater London area. If successful, you will be allocated a case load and region within Greater London based on your home location. Are you a fully qualified and time served electrician? I am currently working with a client that is looking for an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor to be based in the Greater London area. My client is willing to take on a qualified electrician with electrical installation industry experience and support them with assessor training. My client is a successful and well established training provider specialising in electrical installation apprentice training. Package and Benefits:- - £36,000 to £39,250 Basic Salary + £2,000 to £7,000 uplift dependant on postcode (£38,000 to £46,250 Total) - Car Allowance (up to £5,000 additional to Salary) - Mileage Allowance - Full assessor training and qualification provided. - Company pension. - 34 Days Holiday. Essential experience and qualifications:- - You must be a fully Qualified Electrician with either an NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent full recognised Apprenticeship and an AM2 certificate. - Driving Licence and use of a car. - A minimum of 5 years working as an Electrician in industry. - A keen interest to work in education. Job Description:- - Full Time Hours Monday to Friday. - Permanent Contract. - Home Based (Office Work/Diary Planning etc) - Training and Assessing Apprentice learners at various sites across the Greater London area. If successful, you will be allocated a case load and region within Greater London based on your home location. - Supporting Apprentices with building their NVQ Portfolio. - Assessing Apprentices Evidence & Electrical Work in the workplace. - Working with employers and supporting successful training of their apprentices.
