The Territory Leader - South East plays a key role in driving the strategic and tactical execution of the Omnichannel Territory strategy within their assigned customer catchment or geographical area. This leadership position provides clear direction and visionary guidance to store teams, ensuring alignment with the company\'s broader business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the business, people, trade, and portfolio strategies within the territory, ensuring these are integrated into daily operations. The Territory Leader inspires and empowers store teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to profitable growth. This Territory Leader role is critical in shaping and executing strategies that not only benefit customers and teams but also ensure sustained profitability for the business. The role is fully accountable for fostering an inclusive culture that is aligned to our brand values: Customer Obsessed, Play to Win, We Are One, It Starts with Me The Role: Lead an omnichannel Territory strategy aligned to the wider market strategy to deliver agreed OKR’s and drive profit through robust P&L control. Territory strategy includes: Business Planning (Trade forecasting, process & risk management) Trade plan (Customer, marketing, space & ranging) People strategy (Engagement, succession, productivity & efficiencies) Portfolio Strategy (Customer & commercial data) Customer acquisition & engagement strategy (C Sat, insight, ecommerce catchment data) Territory strategy should always use both on and offline data to inform decisions Accountable for the leadership and engagement of our store teams Deliver all business operational and trade activity across all stores within the Territory Quarterly and periodic review of Territory strategy with all relevant stake holders & business partners including: Customer/Central operations / Trade & VM / BMD / Property / People / Compliance / H&S / Finance / Loss Prevention to review tactical execution and opportunity Provide weekly feedback to influence trading opportunities Complete output focused visits in store/remotely to demonstrate sound leadership across the Territory Personal responsibility to adhere to all road safety measures About You: Adhere to all company policies and procedures An understanding of our customer demographic within the Territory Exceptional track record in leading successful teams through a people-first approach Role model an omnichannel culture throughout the organisation A track record of influencing stakeholders (up to and including director level) on complex and potentially difficult matters A Customer first, commercial attitude Demonstrates strong and effective situational leadership Encourages healthy work life balance, supporting their team to do the same Exceptional communication skills High emotional intelligence and integrity, able to challenge and accept challenge in a professional manner Role models and takes a proactive approach with own self-development Solution focussed and innovative, ability to think on feet and react to changes with pace in an ever-changing environment Strategic thinker, able to set long term vision and switch between both short- and long-term activities Why New Look?
