How it looks:

  • You’ll be part of a local and global community of travel agents just like you
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world and manage your time and schedule in alignment with your personal goals, commitments and lifestyle choices
  • Provide high touch personalised service to your customers:

-Own and service your customer travel booking in line with their travel policy and maintain customer relationships / customer retention.

-Maintain financial invoicing, back office, and monitor client payment where applicable.

  • Have the power to market yourself and your services with abundant access to collateral, content and templates to elevate your message.
  • Networking and invitations to supplier events, including opportunities for fam trips, top achiever trips and conference, plus more.

What you need:

  • Passion and drive to run your own business
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems: for example GDS platforms
  • Sales and marketing skills are a Plus, but note essential
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  • Personal travel experience is an advantage
  • Experience in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant sector of travel
