Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Human Resources Professional. The HR Professional will play a key role in managing daily HR operations including implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and ensuring best practices in personnel management. Responsibilities include delivering employee support, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, handling recruitment processes, and fostering an inclusive company culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources and Personnel Management, with experience in employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR Management, HR Policies, and ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws and practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Employee Benefits programs effectively and fairly.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in change management or handling growth in organizational structure is a plus.
Salary: GBP 24000 - 36000 per year
