Delivery Recruitment Consultant London

Delivery Consultant | AI & High-Value Tech Recruitment
£30-35k base | £70k OTE, uncapped

Fancy building a desk in the fastest-growing, highest-value corner of tech recruitment right now? This is a pure delivery role with a boutique tech recruitment consultancy that's betting big on AI and it's paying off.

This is a tight-knit team working from a bright office near London Bridge (rooftop included), partnering with startups, scale-ups and enterprise clients across AI, Software, Data, DevOps, Cloud, Security, QA and Project Delivery. AI is where the growth and the biggest fees are, and it's the core focus of the desk you'd be joining.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working live roles from existing clients alongside a Senior Account Manager, on a 50/50 fee split, no new business, no account management to start
  • Sourcing and qualifying top-tier tech candidates across perm and/or contract
  • Owning the process end-to-end: sourcing through to placement
  • Keeping pipelines moving, systems updated, and flagging risks early
  • Sharing market intel and collaborating closely with the account team

What they're after:

  • 2-4 years' tech recruitment experience, ideally delivery or resourcing focused
  • Agency background essential, this isn't an in-house or internal talent role
  • Genuine tech recruitment exposure (AI, Software, DevOps, Cloud or Data); real interest in AI is a strong plus
  • Strong sourcing chops, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, referrals
  • Confident communicator, organised, commercially sharp, calm under pressure
  • Ambitious, quality-focused, and genuinely wants to earn

What's in it for you:

  • £30-35k base depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission up to 25%, no threshold, no cost-of-desk deductions; bill £40k in a month, take home £10k
  • Realistic £70k OTE, uncapped, climbing as you build the desk
  • Hybrid working
  • £100/month wellness budget
  • Lunch clubs, overseas holiday incentives, annual company trip (last one: Ibiza)
  • Lime bike scheme
  • Bike and laptop pre-tax interest-free loan scheme

Where it can go:
Clear, defined progression depending on what you want, grow into a go-to senior delivery specialist, step up to Account Manager owning client relationships, or move into a full 360 role with end-to-end ownership. Promotion targets are transparent, so you always know what unlocks the next step.

This is a warm desk in a market that's only getting bigger, backed by a brand that invests heavily in marketing and tools so your job is easier from day one.
