We’re looking for a Casual Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team.

As a Casual Spa Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa & Wellness.
  • To ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests at all times. Greets all guests upon their arrival, gives new guests tours of property and offer return guests “re-orientations”.
  • To organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guests needs are of first importance
  • Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all Spa and hotel related questions with guests.
  • Complete all daily reception duties as trained by Spa & Wellness Manager/ by Spa Reception and Reservations Manager Create and review SOP’s as assigned by Spa & Wellness Manager/ by Spa Reception and Reservations Manager and make sure they are followed at all times

As a Casual Spa Concierge, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Casual Spa Concierge candidate, you have experience within a luxury Spa environment or reception experience and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations. You have an strong understanding of systems and IT technology, are a strong team player and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous Spa or Hotel experience in a 5 star environment is desirable but not essential.
