The candidate will work closely with Workday configuration teams but will not perform configuration themselves. A strong understanding of how Workday functions is essential, alongside the ability to design, coordinate, and manage structured testing cycles.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Test Management - Lead the full testing lifecycle, including planning, scripting, coordinating testers, managing defects, and ensuring quality sign‑off.</li><li>Workday Collaboration - Partner with Workday functional and technical teams to understand upcoming changes and translate them into clear testing requirements.</li><li>Process Alignment - Ensure test scenarios reflect accurate business processes and Workday capabilities.</li><li>Business Readiness - Support documentation updates, stakeholder communication, and readiness for new functionality.</li><li>Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to strengthen testing approaches, coverage, and efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Solid understanding of Workday functionality across relevant modules.</li><li>Proven experience managing UAT or system testing in HR or ERP environments.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders remotely.</li><li>Experience in process mapping or process‑driven testing beneficial.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Applicants must be based in the UK and able to commute to London for first/one day of training.</strong></p>
