Warehouse Labourer

About the role

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Labourer to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution centre. Your contributions will directly support our logistics operations and help us deliver excellence to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

  • Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage systems

  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and trolleys in compliance with safety protocols

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts and audits

  • Picking and packing orders according to specifications and preparing them for dispatch

  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and free from hazards

  • Following all health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents or concerns immediately

  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

  • Supporting general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping tasks


What we're looking for

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting heavy items regularly

  • Prior warehouse or labouring experience, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely (certifications are desirable)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders

  • A commitment to health and safety standards and compliance with workplace regulations

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Willingness to work overtime or shift patterns as required
