Job Title – Warehouse/Factory Operative/General Labourer – Dip Braze

Salary – Dependant on experience

Location – Dartford, Kent

The shifts we are currently looking to fill are:

4.30AM – 1PM

7.00AM – 3.30PM

12PM – 8.30PM

10PM – 6.30AM (Shift allowance available for night shift work)

We are looking for highly motivated, hardworking and reliable staff to join our small, but rapidly expanding, team based in Dartford. We specialise in Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing, a unique process which only a handful of companies within the UK carry out.

We are looking for new members of staff to become part of the team and learn about all stages of the process so that they can become 'all rounders'. This will include, but not be limited to, light assembly work, cleaning and preparation of parts and processing of aluminium chassis.

As the process is so specialised no experience is expected, however we are looking for people who are keen to learn new skills. You will form an important part of the team, ensuring that deadlines are met and that high-quality products go out to our customers on time.

Please note: the role can be physical in nature and will involve some lifting and carrying as well as working at high temperatures. A level of physical fitness is therefore vital.

  • 39 Hours per week basic, with the opportunity for overtime if available
  • Must have a reasonable level of physical fitness due to the nature of the work
  • Must be willing and able to work at high temperatures
