Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lettings Support A proactive role focused on generating new business opportunities and supporting the conversion of enquiries into valuations and instructions.

Hybrid role at Wembley Square, Cape Town, for a modern estate and letting agency.

Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday UK time.

Salary: R28 000 p/m

The Role: Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lettings Support

This role exists to support the sales and lettings team in achieving growth. The purpose of the position is to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and assist in the conversion of enquiries into valuations and instructions. The main focus areas include lead generation, CRM management, marketing support, and general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use sales software to run targeted outreach campaigns, drawing on previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role.

  • Proactively contact landlords and property owners via databases and outreach tools.

  • Book valuation appointments for the sales team and follow up with viewers to gather feedback.

  • Nurture and manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.

  • Support business development by engaging with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and property professionals.

  • Assist with marketing and brand promotion across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms.

  • Respond to client enquiries and distribute relevant information, such as home reports.

  • Maintain and update marketing materials and general administrative systems.

About You
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confidence with outbound calling and client interaction.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Experience using CRM systems and email marketing tools.

  • Experience in the hospitality sector is beneficial.

  • No previous UK property experience is required.
