About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to drive operational efficiency and free up founder capacity for a scaling business.

You'll work directly with leadership, owning administrative tasks, follow-up management, reporting, and advertising campaign setup. You'll ensure nothing falls through the cracks, maintain accurate reporting systems, and handle the repetitive operational work that currently consumes founder time. The company provides clear processes, established tools, and direct access to leadership.

What success looks like: Zero dropped balls on follow-ups, accurate weekly reporting delivered on time, ad campaigns launched and monitored to brief, and 95%+ task completion rate. You'll work closely with the founder, who relies on operational excellence to focus on revenue-generating activities and business growth.

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in virtual assistant, operations, or administrative support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfortable with CRMs, project management tools, and standard business software
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
