<p>Job DescriptionA new interior design group is seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support its interior design, 3D rendering, and draftsman services. The VA will manage workflows, social media, marketing, team organisation and subcontractor compliance to streamline operations and enhance the online presence. This role is critical to ensuring efficient lead capture, client onboarding, and team coordination for a growing interior design business. Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow and Operations Management:Utilize Dubsado to manage the client journey from lead capture to onboarding, ensuring proper email follow-ups and system compliance. Track subcontractor paperwork and compliance within <a href="http://dubsado.social" target="_blank" data-safetoignore="1" rel="noopener noreferrer">dubsado.social</a> Media and Marketing:Create visually appealing social media posts using Canva and company visuals to promote services and engage <a href="http://audiences.design" target="_blank" data-safetoignore="1" rel="noopener noreferrer">audiences.design</a> marketing templates (e.g., pricelists, servicelists) in Canva for lead capture and client <a href="http://communication.team" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">http://communication.team</a> Organization:Use Notion to organize team tasks, schedules, and project timelines. Coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring timely submission of documentation. File Management:Upload and organize worker documentation, design files, and other materials in Google <a href="http://drive.design" target="_blank" data-safetoignore="1" rel="noopener noreferrer">drive.design</a> Delivery:Combine designer visuals into Canva templates for client presentations and marketing materials. Communication:Act as a point of contact for subcontractors and clients via Discord or other platforms as needed. Must-Have RequirementsMinimum 3-4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/marketing role. Proficiency in Dubsado for client management, lead capture, and email automation. Strong experience with Canva for creating social media posts and marketing templates. Familiarity with Notion for team and project organization. Competence in Google Drive for file organization and management. Experience using Discord for team communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Strong visual design sense for creating appealing marketing content.
