Urgent | Automation + Reporting Role | Google Local Services Ads + FieldRoutes

We are looking for someone who can help automate marketing lead reports for a home services company using Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and FieldRoutes. The goal of this role is to help us reduce manual reporting and build a cleaner, more automated way to track lead performance, booked opportunities, missed opportunities, and overall marketing ROI.

This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing data, APIs, automation tools, and reporting workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help automate lead reporting for Google Local Services Ads.
  • Pull, organize, and compare lead data from Google LSA and FieldRoutes.
  • Track booked vs. unbooked leads.
  • Help identify missed opportunities and lead follow-up gaps.
  • Build or improve automated reports and dashboards.
  • Create workflows that reduce manual spreadsheet work.
  • Help connect data between platforms using third-party tools when needed.
  • Document how the reporting process works.

Required Experience

Experience With The Following Is Strongly Preferred
  • Google Local Services Ads reporting
  • FieldRoutes
  • Google Sheets or Excel
  • Reporting dashboards
  • API connections or automation workflows
  • Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
  • Lovable, Replit, Airtable, Looker Studio, or similar tools

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is technical, resourceful, and able to figure out the best way to automate reporting even if a direct integration does not already exist.

You Should Be Comfortable

  • Working with messy marketing data
  • Comparing data across multiple platforms
  • Building reporting systems from scratch
  • Researching third-party tools or API options
  • Creating clear dashboards leadership can understand
  • Communicating what is possible, what is not, and what tools are needed
This is not a general VA role or a creative marketing role. This is a technical reporting and automation project focused on lead tracking, data accuracy, and marketing performance.
