Position Summary: As a Nespresso Trade Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and managing key accounts for Nespresso. Your main objective will be to increase sales, optimize brand visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts, implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

A day in the life of a Nespresso Trade Account Specialist

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics to identify potential threats or opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the coffee industry or related FMCG industry is a plus.
