Responsibilities
- Promote and sell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles used for tours and activities, ensuring they are clean, serviced, and roadworthy.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and audio-visual requirements to meet client specifications.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Advise clients on travel options including destinations, accommodation, transport, and activities based on their preferences and budget.
Requirements
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Outstanding customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable experiences for diverse international guests.
- For tour guide and game ranger roles, a valid FGASA or DEAT-registered guide qualification with first aid certification.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications for reservations and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends, public holidays, and evenings as tourism is a 24/7 industry.
