Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent National Qualification Framework (NQF) level qualification. Flexibility to work various shifts is required to accommodate store operations. Basic selling skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Relevant previous work experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote Woolworths loyalty programs and available services such as utility bill payments and airtime top-ups to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of store promotions and special events to assist customers effectively and support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure till areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene, safety, and corporate presentation standards.
  • Minimize shrinkage by adhering to store security policies, reporting incidents of dishonesty or fraud promptly, and following ethical business practices.
