Teleconsult Doctor (Remote)

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The Teleconsult Doctor is a key member of our medical team, responsible for delivering high-quality, remote medical care to patients across the Philippines. This role involves treating a wide range of patient cases, from acute conditions to chronic diseases, and providing wellness advice. As a Teleconsult Doctor, you will leverage our digital platform to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and integrated, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.

  • Work Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
  • Onsite Training: 2 to 3 days in Makati
  • Shift Commitment: Minimum of 8 hours/week (Priority days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays)
  • Shift Length: Minimum of 4 hours/shift
  • Compensation: ₱275/hour + ₱175incentive per additional completed consult within the same hour (starting from the 2nd consult)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non-emergency health concerns received through the hotline.
  • Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases, developing and adjust care plans through remote consultations.
  • Assess patients' conditions and effectively redirect them to appropriate primary care networks or specialists when in-person evaluation is necessary.
  • Issue e-prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other necessary medical documents through the platform.
  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely patient records within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

  • Registered physician with an updated PRC license.
  • Open to both new board passers and experienced physicians.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
