What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in technical assistance, customer care, help desk, or another technology-focused service role

  • A solid grasp of everyday consumer tech, covering devices, software, apps, basic connectivity, and issue diagnosis

  • Skilled at turning complex technical problems into straightforward, easy-to-follow guidance for non-technical users

  • Strong English writing ability, with communication that feels polished, approachable, direct, and easy to follow

  • A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, while maintaining a high level of accuracy

  • Practical experience handling payments and billing questions, product returns, order-related issues, and customer account requests

  • A genuine service-oriented approach, demonstrating patience, understanding, ownership, and a commitment to achieving positive customer outcomes

  • Able to take ownership of tasks, make sound decisions with limited direction, and adjust quickly to changing priorities within a fast-moving startup or early-stage environment

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Hands-on exposure to Intercom or comparable customer service and CRM systems

  • Experience using Notion or similar platforms to organize internal resources, guides, and support documentation

  • Background assisting customers with consumer electronics, connected devices, or digital membership/subscription offerings

  • Involvement in a newly launched, pilot, early-stage, or first-generation customer service operation

  • A track record of creating, refining, or introducing service workflows as a company or team scales
