Technical Support Representative

Role: Technical Support Representative

Work set up: Onsite @ Greehills, San Juan City, Metro Manila | graveyard, shifting schedule

Salary: Earn up to PHP27,000 per month

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to provide technical support.

  • Assist customers with software, hardware, and account-related concerns.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Document all transactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems.

  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance while maintaining professionalism and patience.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or supervisors.

  • Perform other technical support duties as assigned.

Experience / Skills

  • At least 1-year prior BPO experience required.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong knowledge of Windows applications (Microsoft Word, Excel) and other technical software.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

  • Proficiency in typing and documentation.

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

Education

  • High School diploma required; some college education preferred.

Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist customers of all technical levels.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, technical support environment.

  • Effective call resolution and organizational skills.

  • Proactive, tech-savvy, driven, and goal-oriented.
