Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical support for software and hardware issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems via phone, email, and chat. Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify and address product bugs. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Conduct remote training sessions for clients on product usage. Proactively identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement. Manage multiple support tickets simultaneously while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and remote support tools. Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Relevant IT certifications are a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
