Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, documenting cases, escalating complex issues, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes, maintaining accurate records in ticketing systems, and adhering to service-level agreements.
