Core Description

Responsible for regional UMTS/ LTE/ 5G planning, optimization, integration and configuration, Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR) management, customer complaint management, including implementation of all relevant policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Output 1: Network Assurance

Mobile Network Planning and Optimization.

RAN Capacity Upgrades using planning principles.

Attending to customer complaints to ensure our objectives of superior customer experience is met.

Network Traffic Monitoring and Assessment.

Network Performance Monitoring and Assessment (Accessibility, Retainability, Throughput and Mobility).

Auditing of our network parameters.

Backhaul Management.

Network Rollout.

Monitor the network to determine the capacity/coverage/quality Requirements; Identify possible problems.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement the recommended solution.

Coverage Simulation and Link Budget Analysis.

Conduct network optimization.

Obtain feedback from customer care as to whether the problem is resolved.

Carry out network trials (POC)
