Effective Survey and Evaluation services to support Mine</li> <li> Ensure the achieving and maintenance of optimum surveying standards.</li> <li> Establish on-Mine Survey Standards.</li> <li> Coordinate effective usage of equipment.</li> <li> Implement effective measurements and planning system.</li> <li> Co-ordinate and advise the business on best standards and Procedures.</li> <li> Supervise and monitor Performance Measuring Processes. Legal Compliance</li> <li> Ensure the achievement and maintenance of the business’ legal compliance.</li> <li> Maintain MPRDA survey legal compliance.</li> <li> Issue survey instructions and notifications.</li> <li> Maintain DMR plans.</li> <li> Conduct monthly reporting according to standard. Mine Survey Plans</li> <li> Preparing mine plans (Survey).</li> <li> Ensure the availability of electronic production survey plans.</li> <li> Compile and maintain survey and evaluation plans. Monthly Survey Measurements</li> <li> Surveying monthly production.</li> <li> Measure monthly production within electronic environment.</li> <li> Measure underground excavations.</li> <li> Ensure accurate summarizing and reporting of measurement information. Stakeholder Relations</li> <li> Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally.</li> <li> Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.</li> <li> Sourcing, contracting and negotiating with service providers.</li> <li> Liaising with the necessary entities on any environmental management related requirements and alignment where applicable.</li> <li> Collaborating with external service providers regarding the design and implementation of tools to enhance processes.</li> <li>Financial Management</li> <li> Managing the finances of the Division to achieve Organisational objectives. Working Cost Budgets:</li> <li> Setting and approving budgeting parameters for the Division in line with business requirements and financial objectives.</li> <li> Approving operational expenditure.</li> <li> Formulating monthly and annual budgets. Cost Savings:</li> <li> Leading and driving cost saving and cash conservation initiatives.</li> <li> Remaining competitive on the global cost curve for surface operations. The work focus timeframe is 1 to 5 years but some plans may have a longer timeframe.</li> </ul>
