Store Manager Boardwalk Mall
Faro is a fashion retail brand with stores across South Africa. We're hiring a Store Manager for our Boardwalk store — someone who leads from the floor, builds great teams, and takes real pride in the customer experience.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a store team to hit sales and service targets
- Drive conversion, basket size, and repeat customer behaviour
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards every shift
- Manage stock, shrinkage, and operational compliance
- Develop your team — identify talent and build succession
- Report on KPIs and take action without waiting to be told
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of retail management experience (preferred)
- A natural leader — warm, direct, and consistent
- Someone who holds high standards whether or not management is watching
- Strong commercial awareness and comfort with retail KPIs
- A genuine passion for customer service — not just a line on a CV
- Experience coaching and developing a team
