Position: Sr. Data Analyst

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Full-time, Night shift - Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Your Role:

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct industry benchmarking studies using platform and external data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop customer-specific analyses covering performance trends, competitive positioning, visibility patterns, and account health indicators.
  • Build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure, including data pipelines, automated reports, and internal dashboards.
  • Develop capacity models to support workload forecasting, resource planning, and operational decisions.
  • Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs into reliable, unified datasets.
  • Write SQL queries, Python scripts, and automation to clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
  • Apply AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and process improvement while validating outputs for accuracy.
  • Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to turn ad hoc requests into structured, repeatable analyses.
  • Support customer health, renewal, and retention analysis by identifying trends and potential risk signals.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues while documenting data sources, definitions, and methodologies.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring reporting and analytical processes.
  • Support team onboarding and training on data tools, processes, and best practices.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, analytics engineering, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or another scripting/analysis language.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleaning, structuring, and modeling.
  • Experience building or maintaining reporting infrastructure, dashboards, or data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience supporting Professional Services, Customer Success, or other customer-facing teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in professional workflows.
  • Experience developing capacity models, workload forecasts, or resource planning models.
  • Experience with data visualization, automated reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with the Conductor platform or the ability to quickly develop platform expertise.
