Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors welcome)

Certification: Must hold a 120-hour TEFL or TESOL teaching certificate

Experience: Teaching experience is preferred; candidates with online teaching experience are especially welcome

Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English

Technical Skills: Proficient in using ClassIn and other common online teaching tools

Soft Skills: Excellent classroom management and communication skills; professional, engaging, and approachable demeanor

Professionalism: High sense of responsibility, strong work ethics, integrity, and reliability

 

Teaching Responsibilities

Lesson Preparation & Quality: Prepare lessons in advance tailored to students' proficiency levels. Be familiar with and flexibly apply teaching materials to ensure classes are coherent, engaging, and educational

Interaction & Teaching: Maintain active engagement during class, stimulate student interest, and encourage self-expression

Feedback & Communication: Provide timely post-class performance reports and learning recommendations. Coordinate with teaching supervisors to handle demo lessons, regular classes, and scheduling adjustments. Be open to constructive team feedback

Professionalism & Punctuality: Adhere strictly to the class schedule, prepare in advance, maintain a professional attitude, and ensure high teaching quality
