As their client portfolio continues to grow, they're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Executive to become an extension of their team. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative content production with strategy, organisation, and client management.

🎯 The Opportunity

Social media has become one of the most powerful marketing channels for hospitality brands—but great content requires more than simply posting online.

In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing team to help plan, create, manage and optimise social media campaigns across a portfolio of exciting hospitality clients.

You'll play a key role in developing content strategies, creating engaging social content, researching trends, supporting influencer collaborations, and ensuring every client maintains a strong and consistent online presence.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

You'll support the delivery of social media and digital marketing campaigns across multiple hospitality, restaurant, hotel and food & beverage brands.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in developing social media strategies for both new and existing clients.
  • Help shape creative concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Create detailed shot lists to support content creation days.
  • Research seasonal trends, competitor activity and content opportunities.
Content Creation & Publishing
  • Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Edit short-form video and photography into polished, client-ready assets.
  • Write engaging captions and social copy tailored to each client's brand voice.
  • Ensure content is delivered consistently and on schedule.
Influencer & Community Management
  • Research and identify influencers and content creators for potential collaborations.
  • Support outreach and relationship management with creators.
  • Assist with community engagement where required.
Campaign Performance
  • Monitor social media performance across client accounts.
  • Produce reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and campaign performance.
Agency Support
  • Assist the wider marketing team across multiple client accounts.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities as new clients are onboarded.
🧠 What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience managing social media accounts for businesses, agencies or brands.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Be confident using Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Be familiar with scheduling platforms such as Later, Buffer, Sprout Social or similar.
  • Have exceptional written English and strong copywriting skills.
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Have a genuine interest in hospitality, restaurants, food, drink or lifestyle brands.

  • Previous agency experience.
  • Experience working with hospitality, restaurant, hotel or food & beverage brands.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong video editing skills for Reels and TikTok.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and making strategic recommendations.
