Social Media Manager (Part-time)

Social Media Manager to lead the execution and growth of social media initiatives across both the company's brand and client accounts. This role combines content strategy, content creation, community engagement, analytics, and client collaboration to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation through social media marketing.

Role Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content across multiple platforms while managing both company and client social media accounts. This role will oversee content calendars, identify growth opportunities, engage with online communities, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to execute successful social media strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, understands how social media contributes to business growth, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Location

Fully Remote | 10 AM - 2 PM EST (Part-time) Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage social media calendars across multiple platforms and client accounts.
  • Publish content consistently while ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to improve content performance.
  • Identify opportunities to increase audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
Content Creation
  • Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, short-form videos, and other digital assets.
  • Edit and optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
  • Research trending topics, competitor content, and viral formats to generate new content ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational, promotional, and thought leadership content.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions across social media platforms.
  • Foster engagement by responding professionally and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Build relationships with industry leaders, influencers, partners, and target audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen online communities and increase audience participation.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Build reporting dashboards and present actionable insights.
  • Create and manage UTM tracking for campaign measurement and lead attribution.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements.
Client Collaboration
  • Serve as a client-facing representative for social media initiatives when needed.
  • Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute client social media strategies successfully.
  • Manage client expectations while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional environment.
  • Experience working within a B2B marketing agency or client-service environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple brands.
  • Experience developing social media content, community engagement strategies, and performance reporting.
  • Client-facing experience is a strong plus.
