This is a 100% live, job-linked program that continuously evolves to keep pace with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven content, and the increasing overlap between SEO, content, and performance marketing.<br> </div> <div> <br> </div> <div> Your responsibility is to ensure that what we teach and deploy reflects current industry realities, while also contributing directly to growth through execution.<br> </div> <div> <br> </div> <ul> <li><span><b>Training: </b>You will also be taking regular sessions for small and large groups on a variety of SEO topics</span><br></li> <li><span><b>Developing Academic Content:</b> Combining insights from your experience and conversations with SEO and performance marketing leaders to create simplified frameworks for professionals and students. You’ll experiment with new tools and approaches - from keyword clustering and AI content generation to GA4 and Search Console analytics - to keep our training programs current.<br></span></li> <li><span><b>Upgrading Training design: </b>Using instruction design principles and tech to upgrade students’ projects, engagements, and assessments, as well as create successful playbooks.</span><br></li> <li><span><b>Analysing outcome metrics:</b> Leverage data on how our students are performing during placements and in the early part of their job to figure out and plug training/ admission gaps.<br></span></li> </ul> <div> <br> </div> <div> <b><u>Must-Haves:</u></b><br> </div> <div> <br> </div> <ul> <li><span>3-8 years of experience in technical SEO optimization with proven successes (We are not too fussed about the number of years. Experience is simply a proxy for capability, which is what we really care for).<br></span></li> <li><span>A hands-on experience of optimising your content for AI Overviews (Google’s SGE) and LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization)<br></span></li> <li><span>Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4, ChatGPT, SEMRush, WP-Rocket, AHREF, Yoast, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.<br></span></li> <li><span>A structured, data-driven, user-centric approach to problem-solving<br></span></li> <li><span>Ability to see the big picture as well as the easy-to-miss details<br></span></li> </ul> <div> <br> </div> <div> <b><u>Good-To-Haves:</u></b><br> </div> <div> <br> </div> <ul> <li><span>Experience teaching or mentoring teams in SEO.<br></span></li> </ul> <div> <br> </div><br>
