Company: FACES CONSENT

About the Role

Are you a data-driven storyteller who knows how to write content that actually ranks on Page 1—and stays there?

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a talented B2C SEO Copywriter to take complete ownership of our consumer-facing content pipeline. Working alongside our Marketing Lead and dedicated B2B Copywriter, you will craft high-impact B2C blog content, landing page copy, marketplace guides, location-specific pages, and off-site search strategies across our brands.

We don't do "SEO fluff" or automated AI slop. We are looking for someone who understands user intent, masterfully analyzes SERPs, and knows how to turn organic search traffic into active sign-ups and revenue.

What You’ll Own

Strategy & Planning

  • Build and maintain our B2C organic content roadmap.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research—focusing on structured topic clusters and internal linking architecture rather than one-off keyword targets.
  • Decide what we don't write, with clear, data-backed reasoning.

Content Production

  • Write our highest-value B2C articles, marketplace buying guides, comparison pieces, and location-based content yourself.
  • Regularly audit, refresh, and consolidate existing underperforming content to maintain search dominance.

On-Page & Off-Site Authority

  • Master on-page elements: headings, internal linking, meta titles, descriptions, and schema recommendations.
  • Work alongside our dev team on structural/technical enhancements (no coding required).
  • Build genuine brand authority on Quora by providing authentic, high-value answers to questions our audience is asking.
  • Execute structured, supervised Reddit community management (adding real value with transparent affiliation).

Performance & Growth

  • Track and report on metrics that actually matter: rankings, organic traffic, assisted conversions, user sign-ups, and revenue influence.
  • Take an honest, analytical approach when content isn't performing and pivot quickly.

What We’re Looking ForEssential Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of proven SEO copywriting experience with demonstrable rankings. (You must provide live URLs, targeted keywords, and current ranking proof).
  • Mastery of search intent & SERP analysis: Ability to analyze Page 1 for any keyword and immediately identify why those pages rank and what gaps you can exploit to beat them.
  • E-commerce, D2C, or Marketplace experience: Proven track record writing engaging category pages, location guides, and buyer intent content.
  • Dual-voice flexibility: Ability to write for everyday consumers while strictly respecting brand identity and regulated content guidelines.
  • Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Transparent AI Workflow: We are not anti-AI, but we are anti-slop. We expect an honest, open account of how you responsibly use AI tools to assist (not replace) your writing process.

Nice-to-Haves

  • An active Reddit account with genuine history/karma in relevant D2C, aesthetic, lifestyle, or tech communities.
  • Digital PR or link-building acquisition experience.
  • Familiarity with optimizing content to get cited in AI-generated search overviews (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews/SGE).
  • Basic HTML/CMS formatting comfort.

How We Assess Candidates

We know almost every resume says "SEO Expert," so our application process is built around real proof and evidence rather than claims.

  • Application. Send us three live URLs you wrote, each with the keyword you were targeting and roughly when it was published. One or two under NDA is fine; all three is not.
  • Assessment (60–90 mins). We'll give you a keyword. Tell us what's ranking, why, and how you'd beat it. No writing required. And one article and one Quora answer.
