Driving Organisational Success through Talent Main Purpose

To plan, develop, execute, and manage high-quality, cost-effective marketing projects and communications for Woolworths Financial Services (WFS). Continually seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of WFS Marketing. Ensure a consistent approach to the implementation of the marketing campaigns across WFS.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Development and Management Develop effective marketing communications in achieving their marketing objectives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with business and project objectives, utilizing DM channels such Email, SMS, & In App, using associated tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse KPIs to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimisation and improvement. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business growth. Develop and execute marketing journeys, messaging, creative execution for projects and other marketing campaigns. Seek continual improvement in marketing communication quality by ensuring campaigns are regularly reviewed and learning implemented. Work with rest of business and marketing team to develop and execute campaigns. Project mange the campaign execution and project updates to achieve performance. Campaign Governance Project Management: Develop and manage campaign timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Ensuring marketing communications are product aligned, message on brand, and adhere to all regulatory & budgetary requirements & considerations. Effective allocation, monitoring, and control of the campaign budget. Manage the impact of all communication messages to the entire customer base – awareness of reputational risk. Relationship and Stakeholder Management Develop relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders across Woolworths, WFS and other business units to ensure customer focus and campaigns that meet business requirements. Continuous Improvement and Synergies Build campaign expertise that can be applied across WFS products. Work with colleagues across Marketing (and other business units) to integrate and align communications plans and key messages. Manage supplier relationships in accordance with SLA's. Ensure quality and cost effectiveness. Key Competencies Technical Competencies Advertising and Marketing Direct Marketing and Campaign Management and associated tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud) SA Marketing Environment (Regulatory, Best Practice) Qualifications Experience Required 5+ years’ experience in developing and delivering world class marketing communications campaigns, Direct Marketing and Campaign Management and associated tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Additional Requirements Detailed knowledge and experience of Direct Marketing and Campaign Management across multiple routes to market. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Evidence of managing internal and external partnership agencies. Employment Details
