Position: Senior Manager Project Portfolio Delivery Position/Task Grade: EEEDepartment: Gx Strategic Portfolio and Client Office Business Unit: Gx Head Office Area of specialization: Reporting to the General Manager Project, the Senior Manager Project Portfolio Delivery will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to project management teams for planning, formulating, managing, and maintaining professional project support strategies, services, resources and controls necessary for the success of the portfolio.

Direct and report on financial performance of the portfolio. Position and direct strategic relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of the portfolio. Direct and influence the execution of portfolio projects. Lead and manage the portfolio management team performance. Position and direct controls for planning, scheduling, accounting and costing for delivery of the portfolio. Qualification(s): B Degree in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits B. Tech in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits. Experience 10 years’ related experience in portfolio, programme and project management or construction management.
