The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Calm and methodical approach under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills with end-to-end accountability
  • Ability to bridge communication between customers and engineering teams
  • Commitment to improving systems, processes, and business outcomes beyond ticket resolution

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Docker, Node.js, and AWS
  • Experience with logs, APIs, and monitoring tools
  • Exposure to hospitality, parking, payment, or access-control systems
  • Senior-level experience in application support, technical support, or SaaS operations
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong ownership and minimal supervision
  • Confidence in direct client communication during critical incidents

Your Daily Tasks

  • Monitor application performance and availability proactively across hotel sites.
  • Respond to, triage, and resolve support tickets according to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex and high-impact technical issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and provide clear examples, logs, screenshots, and timestamps to support issue resolution.
  • Validate fixes across test and production environments.
  • Communicate directly with hotel clients in a professional and confident manner.
  • Lead incident coordination and drive issues toward timely resolution.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation and support records.
