Senior Analyst Information and Cyber Security

Description

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the delivery security governance and continuous improvement of privileged access services across the enterprise. The role is responsible for ensuring secure reliable and efficient management of privileged identities accounts and access controls while contributing to cybersecurity resilience operational excellence modernization initiatives and colleague experience.

Working closely with engineering cybersecurity infrastructure and business stakeholders the PAM Analyst supports access management processes risk reduction activities technology modernization initiatives audits compliance requirements and the adoption of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support PAM platforms tools and associated processes.
  • Process privileged access requests changes and reviews in accordance with established policies standards and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate timely and high-quality completion of PAM tickets and service requests.
  • Validate requests and access permissions to achieve a high first-time-right resolution rate.
  • Escalate issues exceptions and risks appropriately.
  • Maintain operational documentation knowledge articles and support materials.

The Requirement

Essential

  • Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) services.
  • Understanding of PAM principles privileged account administration and access governance.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts risk management and security controls.
  • Experience working with ticketing and workflow platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and convert it into operational processes and procedures.
  • Experience working within regulated or security-conscious environments.

Desirable

  • Experience with CyberArk Delinea BeyondTrust Microsoft Entra PIM or similar PAM technologies.
  • Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI governance security controls and automation technologies.
  • Experience supporting audits compliance frameworks or cybersecurity remediation programmes.
  • Understanding of cloud identity platforms including Azure AWS or Google Cloud.
