Senior Accountant – Insurance (12 Month contract)

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving process improvements and automation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reconciliations.</li><li>Compile statutory returns (VAT, payroll tax) and ensure compliance.</li><li>Analyse actual vs budget variances and provide insights.</li><li>Support automation of finance processes and dynamic reporting.</li><li>Manage accounting for partnerships and ensure accuracy.</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations, fixed asset register, and expense claims.</li><li>Oversee domestic and foreign payments and assist with internal controls.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>CA(SA)</li><li>IFRS 17 knowledge</li><li>12 Months plus post article Insurance Experience or Insurance Audit</li><li>Bermuda, USA, or Cayman Experience preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Apply today!</p><p><br></p>
