Job Description

This is a full-time Assistant Area Manager position based in Tanauan City, Batangas. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of a cluster in LINKED Group. As an Assistant Area Manager, you will play a key part in upholding the company's commitment to security and risk management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage various security projects from initiation to completion.
  • Mobilization and Deployment: Ensure efficient mobilization and deployment of security personnel and resources.
  • Periodic Security Survey & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security surveys and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Personnel Deployment: Coordinate and manage the deployment of security personnel across various sites.
  • Detachment Visit and Inspection: Perform regular visits and inspections of detachments to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Training & Orientation: Organize and oversee training and orientation programs for new and existing security staff.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates for security roles.
  • External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
  • Logistics Support: Provide logistical support for security operations, including equipment and transportation management.
  • Daily Time Record (DTR) Management: Oversee the accurate recording and monitoring of personnel attendance and working hours.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree holder. Preferably in BS Criminology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Security certifications are a plus (e.g., CSP, CSMS, CPP).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the security industry in various contexts.
  • Military experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, risk management, and crisis response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
