The trainer will design and deliver online training sessions covering Salesforce administration concepts, configuration, and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting live virtual classes, creating assessments and hands-on exercises, and providing feedback and support to learners. The role also involves staying current with Salesforce platform updates, refining course content based on learner performance, and collaborating with the education team to ensure high-quality, industry-relevant instruction.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Salesforce administration skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based platforms.</li><li>Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills, with experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences in an accessible manner.</li><li>Candidates should possess Software Development and basic programming or scripting skills to explain integrations, automation, and customization within Salesforce.</li><li>Experience creating structured curricula, training materials, and practical labs for online delivery is highly beneficial.</li><li>Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) and prior experience as a Salesforce Admin or consultant are preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback in a remote learning environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul>
