** Remuneration: R24k per month plus Comm (based on team performance of 15-16 sales agents)

** Experience: 2+ years sales management experience, Contact Centre experience 5+years

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead a team of 15-16 lead-driven tele-sales agents within a fast-paced, technology-led telecommunications environment based in Cape Town City Centre.

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing and organising a sales team. You will be responsible for all areas of the sales team’s performance and provide ongoing training, coaching and development of your team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate tenacity, excellent communication skills and can lead a sales team.

Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Matric
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales (2 years + sales management)
  • Experience leading, managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • 2+ years sales management experience, Contact centre experience 5 years +
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching and performance management will be advantageous.
