We are committed to innovation, exceptional service and supplying high quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the broader cannabis community.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>Zootly is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our Pretoria based team.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong customer relationships and growing Zootly’s presence within the wholesale and business to business market.</p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><p>• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities</p><p>• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers</p><p>• Presenting Zootly’s products professionally and confidently</p><p>• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products</p><p>• Conducting regular customer visits and sales follow ups</p><p>• Achieving agreed monthly sales targets</p><p>• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions</p><p>• Staying informed about Zootly’s products and relevant industry trends</p><p>• Providing exceptional customer service</p><p>• Representing the Zootly brand professionally at all times</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• Proven sales, negotiation and customer service skills</p><p>• Previous business to business or wholesale sales experience is advantageous</p><p>• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills</p><p>• A basic understanding of, or genuine interest in, cannabis products and industry developments</p><p>• The ability to meet sales targets in a performance driven environment</p><p>• Strong organisational and time management skills</p><p>• A mature, responsible and highly organised approach to work</p><p>• The ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively</p><p>• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification</p><p>• Additional sales training or qualifications will be advantageous</p><p>• A valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle</p><p>• Have his/her own properly functioning laptop and cel phone.</p><p>• Be competent with Xcel, google, and word.</p><p>• <strong>Based in Pretoria/Midrand area. </strong></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated and comfortable approaching new businesses.
