Sales & Office Administrator | Health and Safety Training

MUST HAVE: Experience with health and safety training administration and sales is essential - for example booking manual handling, fire safety or similar workplace training courses.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Office Administrator to support our day-to-day admin, customer enquiries, sales support and training bookings.

This is a varied role, so we need someone who is confident handling a mix of tasks including CRM updates, quotes, invoicing, customer follow-ups and general office administration.

NICE TO HAVE: Experience in promotional printing, branded merchandise, embroidery or workwear would be a strong advantage.

Main Duties

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Preparing quotes and following up with customers
  • Carrying out sales outreach, including warm and cold outreach to potential customers
  • Booking and coordinating health and safety training courses
  • Updating CRM records and customer details
  • Processing orders and invoices
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and team members
  • Supporting general office administration as needed

Requirements

  • Previous admin, sales support or office experience
  • Experience booking or coordinating health and safety training courses
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • CRM, invoicing and general computer experience
  • Flexible, practical and willing to help across different areas of the business

Advantageous

  • Experience with promotional products, branded merchandise, embroidery or workwear
  • Basic accounts or order processing experience

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable dealing with customers and can keep day-to-day office tasks running smoothly.

Fully Remote [ideally residing in Cape Town]

Full-time

Salary bracket: R13 000 – R18 000 p/m commensurate with experience
