<p><strong>Modena Durban is looking for two commercially driven Sales Executives to join our team:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>AEC Solutions Sales Executive</strong></p><p><strong>Manufacturing Solutions Sales Executive</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are a specialist technology partner helping leading organisations across Design, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing improve the way they work through digital transformation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our solutions include:</strong></p><ul><li>Autodesk software and training</li><li>Reality Capture and Digital Twin solutions</li><li>Buried Utility Detection</li><li>Consulting</li><li>Specialist outsourced services</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are proud to work with some of the leading organisations in their respective industries and are looking for salespeople who want to build strong customer relationships, develop industry knowledge and grow into highly effective consultative sales professionals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><p>These positions combine new business development with strategic account growth.</p><p><br></p><p>A major part of the role is working closely with existing customers, understanding their businesses and identifying opportunities to expand the relationship through additional software, services, training and technology.</p><p><br></p><p>You will also be responsible for developing new customers, identifying market opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. This is not transactional selling. We are looking for people who can ask good questions, listen carefully, understand business challenges and recommend solutions that create real value.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Growing and developing existing customer accounts</li><li>Identifying new opportunities within existing customers</li><li>Developing new prospective customers</li><li>Conducting regular customer visits and discovery meetings</li><li>Understanding customer challenges, workflows and future plans</li><li>Selling software, training, technology and professional services</li><li>Developing strategic account plans</li><li>Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline</li><li>Identifying major projects, industry trends and growth sectors</li><li>Presenting solutions professionally to technical and commercial stakeholders</li><li>Maintaining accurate CRM and sales activity information</li><li>Reporting on account development, pipeline and market opportunities</li><li>AEC Solutions Sales Executive</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You will work with customers across Architecture, Engineering and Construction, including:</strong></p><ul><li>Architects</li><li>Interior designers</li><li>Engineers</li><li>Contractors</li><li>Property developers</li><li>Infrastructure and project teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The role will focus on helping customers improve design, collaboration, coordination, project delivery and digital workflows. Knowledge of construction, BIM, design technology, surveying or project delivery will be a strong advantage.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Manufacturing Solutions Sales Executive</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You will work with engineering and manufacturing organisations across areas such as:</p><ul><li>Product design and engineering</li><li>CAM</li><li>Product Data Management</li><li>MRP</li><li>Manufacturing Execution Systems</li><li>CNC and machining environments</li><li>Digital manufacturing workflows</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Knowledge of machining, CNC equipment, production environments or manufacturing processes will be highly advantageous.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for people with strong commercial instincts and genuine sales ability.</p><p><br></p><p>You should be:</p><ul><li>Professional and well presented</li><li>Confident in customer-facing environments</li><li>A strong communicator and presenter</li><li>Analytical and commercially aware</li><li>Naturally curious and able to ask good discovery questions</li><li>A good listener</li><li>Comfortable engaging with technical and senior business stakeholders</li><li>Able to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships</li><li>Ambitious, resilient and self-motivated</li><li>Organised and disciplined in managing your sales pipeline</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience in solution sales, software sales, AEC, engineering or manufacturing will be advantageous.
