Sales Executive - BPO International Markets

Role Description The Sales Executive – BPO International Markets is a full-time, on-site role based either in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area or Cape Town. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new international sales opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with decision-makers in target markets.

The Sales

Executive will prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, pipeline management, regular client meetings, market research, and collaboration with internal CX, operations, and finance teams to shape tailored outsourcing solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reporting, meeting revenue and performance targets, and representing the company at industry events and client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong International Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in BPO or related services.
  • Candidates should possess International Business and Account Management skills to manage global client relationships and drive long-term value.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and an understanding of CX principles to align solutions with client expectations.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in international markets.
  • Candidates should possess experience in BPO, outsourcing, or contact center environments; knowledge of CX, back-office processing, or technical support services is advantageous.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in international sales will be considered.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Johannesburg or Cape Town, travel as required, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive, performance-driven environment.
