About the role

This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the Company's products and services, supporting lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. You will identify potential clients and business opportunities, conduct market research, manage client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Company's products and services and support lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to identify effective marketing approaches

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements as needed

  • Identify potential clients, target markets, and business opportunities, and generate qualified leads through various marketing channels, networking, referrals, and events

  • Conduct client outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations, and prepare proposals and business pitches tailored to client requirements

  • Promote and market the Company's hardware products and services to prospective and existing clients and identify opportunities for new business and account growth

  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other necessary sales documents, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely processing and delivery

  • Follow up on sales opportunities, support negotiations and closing activities, and contribute to the achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requirements in a timely and professional manner

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or any related field

  • Preferably with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management or client acquisition

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, lead generation, client acquisition, business development and account engagement

  • Familiarity with AI Tools and applications to support sales, marketing, research, content development and other business activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign results

  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
