Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing & Sales Coordination
  • Respond promptly to new inquiries with customized proposals

  • Follow up with leads via email, text, and phone based on their stage in the sales funnel

  • Manage incoming calls with a warm, consultative approach

  • Maintain a clear, organized inbox and ensure timely forwarding of planning-related emails

  • Participate in internal meetings and support team collaboration

Lead Management & CRM Updates
  • Input and manage leads from platforms like The Knot, Wedding Wire, Zola, and others

  • Keep CRM (e.g., Honeybook) up to date with lead statuses and sales tasks

  • Track and archive proposals, completed projects, and no-response inquiries

  • Input sales KPIs into centralized tracking systems

Sales Support & Platform Management
  • Update company profiles across lead-generation platforms

  • Send proposals and follow-ups to clients and planners

  • Ensure smooth hand-offs to operations once clients are booked

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or client support

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

  • Confident managing phone and video calls with clients

  • Able to work independently in a remote, collaborative team setting

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Honeybook a plus)

  • Previous experience in weddings, events, or hospitality is an advantage
