The company develops and produces FDA-registered mineral and chemical sunscreens, clean skincare, aromatherapy, and eco-friendly home care for brand founders and retailers, handling everything from R&D and formulation through packaging, compliance, and fulfillment. Its clients' products sit on shelves at retailers like Whole Foods, Ulta, Sephora, CVS, and Thrive Market, as well as Amazon.<br><br>Deal flow is strong and comes in through both the website and a deep network of industry contacts. The product is technical and the sales cycle is long, which means the commercial engine needs structure behind it to scale.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>This role exists to make the commercial side of the business legible. Right now, deal flow runs largely through the founder, HubSpot needs a cleanup, and there is no clean reporting layer to see pipeline health or where deals come from. You will own the CRM, build the reporting the CEO needs to run the business, and help turn a founder-led sales process into a repeatable one.<br><br>You are the person who brings order to the commercial data and gives leadership a clear line of sight into the pipeline.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>CRM & HubSpot Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Audit and clean up the existing HubSpot instance: deduplicate records, standardize properties, and fix data hygiene issues</li><li>Rebuild deal stages and pipelines so they reflect the real (long, technical) sales cycle</li><li>Maintain ongoing CRM accuracy as the single source of truth for commercial data<br><br></li></ul><strong>Sales Reporting & Analytics<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build and maintain CEO and leadership dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and revenue visibility</li><li>Track deal flow by source (website vs. industry referral) so the team knows what is actually driving revenue</li><li>Run win/loss, conversion, and sales-cycle analysis and surface where deals stall<br><br></li></ul><strong>Sales Process & Enablement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Document and systematize the current sales process end to end</li><li>Build workflows and automation for lead routing, follow-up, and quote/proposal tracking</li><li>Recommend process improvements that reduce founder dependency<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years in RevOps, sales operations, or CRM/sales data analysis</li><li>Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub); comfortable configuring, not just using it</li><li>Strong spreadsheet and dashboarding skills; able to turn messy data into clear reporting</li><li>Demonstrated CRM cleanup / data hygiene experience</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li><li>Reliable overlap with U.S. business hours<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub)</li><li>Experience supporting B2B businesses with long, complex sales cycles</li><li>Manufacturing, CPG, or wholesale/distribution context</li><li>SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>Experience working directly with a founder or CEO<br><br></li></ul><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile<br><br></strong>You are highly organized and genuinely enjoy bringing order to chaos.
