About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Stellenbosch . You will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and contributing to a positive shopping environment. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customers find the products they need, making it a crucial position within the retail operations in the picturesque Western Cape . Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in Stellenbosch . Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is presented attractively and according to guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and participating in stocktakes. Requirements Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
