Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Student Enrollment Agents to join our admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and converting inquiries into successful registrations. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

this is a work from home role where all equipment will be provided to deal with students online and via calls

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding courses, admissions requirements, fees, and enrollment procedures.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable courses based on each student's career aspirations and educational background.
  • Guide applicants through the entire enrollment process from initial inquiry to successful registration.
  • Ensure all application documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/student management system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to encourage enrollment.
  • Attend career expos, open days, recruitment events, and marketing campaigns when required.
  • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects.
  • Work closely with academic, finance, and student support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Prepare enrollment reports and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in admissions, student recruitment, telesales, call centre, or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets/
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Package & Remuneration

Commission Only but the average is usually R20 000pm - R40 000pm top earners are eanring R60 000pm The position is a fully commission-based salary

Consultants are paid per enrolments.

Our commission structure is not capped; consultants also have the ability to write their own cheques.

Our compulsory working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 16:00, consultants work all Saturdays during the month except for the one last of the month, working hours are 09:00 – 13:00.
