Key Responsibilities Install, configure, manage, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability. Implement and manage system security measures, including patching, vulnerability management, and access control. Perform regular system backups and develop robust disaster recovery plans. Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments. Provide technical support for system-related issues and collaborate with other IT teams. Requirements Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role. Strong knowledge of server operating systems, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation. Proficiency in managing network services, storage, and security configurations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration and support.
