About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Operations Manager to lead their distributed teams and ensure seamless operational efficiency across all sales channels. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of customer service and product delivery, even in a fully remote setting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the customer experience, optimize inventory management, and drive sales performance from your home office. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive remote retail operational strategies to meet company objectives and sales targets. Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes for online and (if applicable) partner fulfillment centers. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent brand experience and customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive performance enhancements. Manage and mentor remote-based retail staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution. Requirements Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar senior retail management role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations. Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively and drive performance in a virtual environment. Proficiency in retail management software, inventory control systems, and CRM platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
