Remote Data Entry Specialist Admin

PulseMediaNL is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist Admin to support daily administrative operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of company data. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who excel at managing information, maintaining organized digital records, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data across company systems while assisting with documentation, scheduling, record management, and cross-functional administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies by coordinating with relevant team members.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and ensure secure storage of company information.
  • Conduct routine data audits to preserve database integrity.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to managers and internal teams.
  • Prepare, organize, format, and proofread reports, documents, and digital files.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain calendars as needed.
  • Support employee onboarding and general office administration processes.
  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Record Management
  • Maintain confidential employee, client, and company records.
  • Organize and manage digital filing systems for efficient retrieval.
  • Ensure compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies.
  • Archive outdated records according to company procedures.
Communication Coordination
  • Respond professionally to internal administrative requests.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to collect, verify, and update information.
  • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with internal communications and workflow coordination.
Reporting Quality Assurance
  • Generate reports using databases and spreadsheets.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office administration preferred.
